Our boats comply with safety standards and have all the safety equipment required by Portuguese legislation. We are inspected annually and all of our boat tours includes full personal insurance.

Q8: Where is your Meeting Point?
A8: Our current Meeting Point is located at Marina de Lagos, Gate ABCD (in front of Pizza Hut & Lazy Jacks). Lagos Boat Tours recommends you to be there 15 minutes before the activity starts.
In a few months the Meeting Point will move to the Gate MT, which is yet to be completed.
Q9: Does your company offer a pick-up service?
A9: No, at the moment, our company Lagos Boat Tours does not offer a Pick-Up or Drop-Off service.
Q10: I am running late. What should I do?
A10: If you are running late, please head straight to your designated meeting point and contact Lagos Boat Tours team by Phone or Whatsapp at +351 936 658 736.
Q11: What should I wear or bring to your boat tours?
A11: For most of our activities we recommend the dress code to be smart casual. In addition, we recommend you bringing sunglasses, hat or cap. During the afternoon, sometimes the wind can be a bit cold, so bring a wind jacket or a jumper.
Don't forget to bring a camera or smartphone with a fully charged battery, as you're sure to take lots of pictures of the amazing Ponta da Piedade caves, beaches and rock formations!
Also, bring your ticket/voucher (printed or digital format).

A12: No, we do not have toilettes on board because at this moment all our activities are carried out with small boats specially built to enter caves and to pass through very narrow spaces and arches in the rock formations of Ponta da Piedade.

A13: Yes, our Grotto Boat Tours, Sunset Boat Tours and Coastal Boat Tours are suitable for all ages and for pregnant women as well.

A14: At this moment, sadly, our activities aren’t wheelchair accessible.

A15: Depends... If it's a private tour with a private group, then yes, pets are allowed!
